- 情報登録 -
・PC/携帯の登録ページより、氏名、性別、生年月日、住所、メールアドレスを登録して下さい。
※個人情報と指紋データを照合させる為、身分証明書と同一の情報を正確に入力してください。
・登録後、エントリーメールが返信されます。メールに記載された【登録番号】を持って来店してください。
- Registration Information -
Please register your accurate personal information, such as your name, sex, birthday, mailing address, and email address.
It replies the entry mail. Please come to ageHa with the registration number described in replied mail. |

- 本人確認 -
入店後店内の登録カウンターにて【登録番号】を申告してください。
・当店が認めるID（身分証明書）を再提示していただきます。（初回のみ）
※運転免許証、パスポート、外国人登録証明書、住民基本台帳カード (写真付のみ・コピー不可)
・指紋データを登録していただきます。（初回のみ）
- Identification -
When you come back to ageHa, Please declare the registration number with the registration counter inside of ageHa.
Please bring and show us an official picture ID (passport, drivers license, foreigner registration) to resister to registration.
It will need only the first time and register the fingerprint data. |
